Christmas Parade

Walking back to our spot after playing with daddy in the grass, before the parade started.

Miss Whit having fun!
Silly boys!
Waiting for the parade to start.

The amazingly huge high school band!

Poor Tyler fell on the street curb and scratched up his face. Poor guy...

Double Duty Dog Kennel

While getting ready to put up the Christmas tree, some of the things in my house had to be rearranged. The kennel sat in the middle of the living room floor and the kids had such a ball sitting in it and playing.

Whitney started the fun...
And the other two joined in...

A Hibachi Experience

We celebrated with my family for my niece's birthday. We had a good time although I think I missed a big part of the cooking entertainment due to making frequent trips to the restroom, with the kids. lol

Whitney's First Haircut

I finally decided Whitney needed a haircut in hopes that it might help her hair grow faster. Besides, it was so out of shape! This is the before.
She was not happy about getting her hair cut.

After...

Football Helmets

These were taken on a day that we were decorating Tyler's room shortly after painting it.

First Gingerbread Experience

I think I have assisted with a gingerbread house once before in all my life so this was a first for me and the kids. It was a fun experience but boy was it challenging to make the icing last and that fondant was a chore! lol

I just LOVE Whitney's big smile!
LOVE this one!
Getting bored... in this time-consuming tradition.
A classic Hannah expression...
Tyler hamming it up as always...
The finished product... Not as pretty as the pic on the box but oh well.

First Campfire - 2010

Tonight we went to a friend's house and let the kids experience their first campfire. We didn't actually camp, we just visited for a few hours. We had a big, roaring fire and cooked hot dogs right over it. Of course, you can't have a campfire with hot dogs and not have smores and hot chocolate. It was a lot of fun and thankfully none of the kids fell in the fire. :)
